Talk: Engineer

It's kind of debatable that engineers get no upgrades as the cost/buildtime upgrades for structures could also be looked at as engineering upgrades. I'll look at the ua files and see if i can tell which way it really is. --RCIX 05:40, February 26, 2010 (UTC)
