i have read about how to build these two structures, in both cases it seems the structure is easy to build but it doesnt do anything when attacked and doesnt launch, i have read we have to then build the missiles but cant find any information about how to do this and it doesnt come up when i search the capabilities of the engineer, acu, or when i look at whats available with things i can research
You have to individually build each nuke and anti-nuke. There should be an icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen if you select your nuke/anti-nuke silo. Then you have to click that icon as many times as you want nukes/anti-nukes. It should now build the missiles until the max. cap. is reached.
